We strive to always guarantee every yacht owner the best of the best in stabilisation, so that staying on board is as worry-free, comfortable and safe as possible for everyone with the risk of seasickness kept to a minimum.
Important to also have an electrical stabilization system
“In the past the boats were always equipped with hydraulics and with various hydraulic operated systems but nowadays it’s all about electrics. So for us, it was really important to also have an electrical stabilisation system, as otherwise certain things just aren’t compatible and won’t work or you need to have a lot more installation space. So for us it was a real benefit that MagnusMaster came to market with an electrical system.” Yvonne Linssen, owner Linssen Yachts.

With a result that may be!
“Since April 24th 2018, the day on which they were put into operation, we (my wife Gundula and I) have been sailing with the MagnusMaster stabilisers along the west coast of Turkey and the Greek islands from Kos to Samos. For DMS Holland, overseeing the installation from the Netherlands of a MagnusMaster system on an existing yacht (‘Mare-n’ was launched in May 2002) located in another country entailed a lot of work but the result was worth it. The difference between on and off is remarkable, especially in waves port or starboard quarter. It takes the ‘un’ out of uncomfortable.” Dick Boon, founder Vripack.

We are ready to conquer the world
“Our corporation is from our point of view successful. I have been travelling with Patrick quite a lot. We have showed to be successful together in the installation of those stabilizers. I think that the DNA of DMS and Balk Shipyard are quite similar and I foresee that there is a great future for both of us to cooperate closely together on projects and we are definitely on the same level if it comes to quality, service and skills. I think together we have great future ahead of us. We are ready to conquer the world, I guess.” Daan Balk, Owner Balk Shipyard.

Choose MagnusMaster to save your marriage
“This is sailing, this is fun. It is a pleasure and it must remain a pleasure and that’s why we have done it. I thought about it for a long time; do I, don’t but I am very pleased I did it. Choose MagnusMaster to save your marriage; it really is great for both you and your wife.” Mr de Paauw, owner MY Yvonne.

The MagnusMaster rotors foldable
“Why do I usually recommend people to choose a MagnusMaster rotor system? The most important argument is that the rotors are retractable. On the one hand, that’s too bad because I had a good business in replacing fins. I obviously lost that. But the customers are grateful that I accept that. Another important argument is that it takes up relatively little space on board. And that it has an electric drive. That makes installation also possible on many refit boats. One other benefit that is more for the future, for boats that are being built now, is that it is a CAN bus system meaning we are also able to connect to the Raymarine screens we install. This enables you to then completely monitor the MagnusMaster system.” Mark Bakker, Director Aquanaut.

MagnusMaster is functional and easy to maintain
“What we, as a shipyard, find a real advantage of the MagnusMaster system, is the fact that it is retractable. You can place it anywhere below water, you don’t need hydraulics or such like, it is functional, easy to maintain, not complicated and anybody can use it. You press the button and it works. An additional advantage of the MagnusMaster is that you can also stabilise the boat at low speeds, which is of course particularly nice for a displacer!”

First contract for DMS Greece to be for a former royal yacht
The Mediterranean Sea is a beautiful sailing area and Greece, with all its idyllic islands, is amongst the favourites for many. It is therefore hardly surprising, that there are many beautiful yachts to be found there including the royal yacht MY Stalca. Built in 1971 by Prince Rainier and Princess Grace Kelly of Monaco, MY […]
DMS Universal huge success!
DMS’ universal operating system is a resounding success! One of the advantages of the DMS Universal is its great versatility; it can be applied to any type and size of yacht with fin stabilisers. With a fin stabilisation system, the condition of the hardware often outlives that of the operating system. The problem is that […]
