Arnold van Aken is co-founder of DMS Holland. He graduated from the Technical University in Eindhoven as an electrical engineer and has a degree in General Management from the University of Nyenrode. He heads up the Research & Development, product development and special projects department and, powered by serious passion, is the driving force behind the DMS developed new product portfolio, diverse innovations and patents.

Patrick Noor is co-founder of DMS Holland. Patrick has a commercial / marketing background supported by technical training and education. Within DMS Holland he is responsible for all commercial activities, Business Development and further growth of the company. Patrick is an experienced ‘yachtsman’. He is often out on the water and knows better than anyone the importance of a properly functioning roll damping system. 

Both lead a team of professionals who are all specialised in their own field.

DMS Holland is led by Sietse van der Zee.
