After an initial selection round followed by a presentation in front of the panel, AntiRoll has been nominated for the Maritime Innovation Award. This award is aimed at raising awareness of the innovative power that emanates from the maritime and offshore supply industry as well as encouraging innovative developments within the maritime sector. The winner will be announced at the Maritime Awards Gala on the 6th November. It is during this gala that the five most important awards for the Dutch maritime sector, including the Maritime Innovation Award, will be presented. Yacht owners, shipyards, students, designers and suppliers can all be considered for the award if they have shown to have enhanced the Dutch maritime sector or demonstrated an example of innovation to others.

The Maritime Awards Gala 2014 is organised by the Stichting Maritieme Prijzen (Maritime Foundation Awards), which represents Netherlands Maritime Technology, KVNR, KNVTS, Koninklijke Marine (Dutch Royal Navy) and NISS.
